Shipping Information
Our cut off time for orders is 2pm, we usually despatch all orders on an overnight courier service or via Royal Mail 1st Class depending on the weight of the order which means you should receive your order the next working day or within 2/3 days for UK Offshore and remote addresses. However, we do ask UK Offshore customers to allow up to 5 days for delivery. An email will be sent to you the day the order is despatched.
For orders over 1KG in weight it is important to try and ensure someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages will be delivered via courier and cannot be left without a signature on behalf of the recipient without prior consent. It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery the courier will leave a contact card. You can then phone the couriers to arrange a convenient time for a free redelivery. If no contact has been received by the courier or ourselves within 5 days of the failed delivery the item will be returned to us, which will result in extra charges. All extra charges are the responsibility of the customer where the above guidelines have been met by ourselves and the courier. No exceptions will be made.If you wish to redirect the package to an alternative address after it has been collected from us by our couriers, this will result in extra charges. Please be aware these charges are also the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and no card has been left by the courier, please contact us by telephone or email. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.Returns Information
Our refunds policy is in accordance with the EU distance selling directive which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us we will of course offer you a refund or replacement as long as your item is sent back in an unused and unopened condition.
For reasons of hygiene, we will not be able to accept or refund any items from our food preparation lines that have been used or had their security seal broken.
If any item is damaged we will replace it free of charge for you. If you do decide to return your item, you will need to contact customer services quoting your receipt number before you send back your item. They will issue you with a returns authorisation and advise you of the returns address. Once we have received your item in our returns processing department you will be issued with a refund. Please note however, that as we do not charge for delivery on UK purchases, a delivery cost & recovery fee will be deducted from your refund; this is in accordance with EU law. Refunds for damaged items will not be charged this fee if a replacement is issued.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, if an order is cancelled, written notice must be given to Naturally Green within 7 working days of receipt of the good(s). The goods must then be returned to Naturally Green, by recorded delivery, within 14 days of receipt of the good(s). The cost of postage and packing shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation."
